Here at Southern Middle TN Adult Education, we prepare you to take the HiSET exam to obtain your high school equivalency diploma. We offer convenient in-person, online, and hybrid class options to fit your busy life and learning style.

If you are a resident of Tennessee, complete 12 hours of class instruction, and have a valid ID, there is no charge for our classes, practice tests, or the official exam. Yes, it is completely FREE!

We also offer ESL classes in some locations. Contact your local facility to find out if this option is available in your area.
